Princeville, I think, is the name of the town closest to the overlook

Ah, you’re right, of course. I was even looking at a page about the overlook at the time that said “Princeville,” but I guess Princeton comes more naturally to my fingers. Thanks, Stephen.

I took an nearly identical picture just last week. Kauai is a beautiful island.

Yeah, I had no idea what I was looking at when we came across the overlook, but I seem to remember it jumped out as a place to pull over. There are lots of pictures from that spot.
We had a great time on Kauai. It really is paradise there. Stayed on the south side and drove around to the north for just one day.

I saw the overlook for the first time two weeks ago when I was headed to Hanalei bay. Going there again tomorrow… Hanalei bay is definitly America’s top beach.
